About the Role:
As an Rapid Service Technician at A&B Import Auto, you'll be part of a team dedicated to precision, integrity, and exceptional service. We specialize in European and import vehicles, but work on all makes and models - giving you the opportunity to grow your diagnostic skills across a wide variety of platforms. You’ll be supported by a highly organized front office, consistent workflow, modern tools and equipment, and a company culture focused on long-term growth and mutual respect. This role is ideal for a technician who takes pride in their work, values clean and efficient processes, and enjoys being part of a shop that sets a high standard in both technical ability and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Inspection and Minor Service:
- Shortly after joining our team, you’ll learn our process for inspections and minor vehicles.
- Service and inspection will be part of every workday.
Diagnostic Techniques & Training:
- When vehicles become problematic, learn what diagnostic steps to take with the guidance of our A-level master technicians.
Continuous Learning:
- Participate in ongoing technical training, ASE certification programs, and brand-specific education to stay current with automotive technology and best practices.
Support a Clean & Safe Work Environment:
- Follow all safety protocols. Keep your workspace clean and contribute to the overall appearance and professionalism of the shop.
Rapid Service Technicians at A&B Import Auto achieve:
- Thrive in a high-output environment with continuous workflow and minimal downtime.
- Maintain exceptional accuracy and attention to detail under speed.
- Operate as part of a tight, high-performing team driving shop productivity.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience as any type of automotive technician is required (general service, tires, lube technicians all welcome to apply).
- Ability to work quickly (this is a fast paced position).
