About the Role:
As an Automotive Technician at A&B Import Auto, you'll be part of a team dedicated to precision, integrity, and exceptional service. We specialize in European and import vehicles, but work on all makes and models — giving you the opportunity to grow your diagnostic skills across a wide variety of platforms. You’ll be supported by a highly organized front office, consistent workflow, modern tools and equipment, and a company culture focused on long-term growth and mutual respect. This role is ideal for a technician who takes pride in their work, values clean and efficient processes, and enjoys being part of a shop that sets a high standard in both technical ability and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Expert Diagnosis & Repair:
Perform accurate diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of vehicles, with an emphasis on European and import brands. Utilize factory-level scan tools, lab scopes, and other diagnostic equipment. - Preventative Maintenance & Safety Checks:
Complete scheduled maintenance services, courtesy inspections, and safety-related evaluations to ensure customer vehicles remain reliable and roadworthy. - Continuous Learning:
Participate in ongoing technical training, ASE certification programs, and brand-specific education to stay current with automotive technology and best practices. - Support a Clean & Safe Work Environment:
Follow all safety protocols. Keep your workspace clean and contribute to the overall appearance and professionalism of the shop.
Technicians at A&B Import Auto achieve:
- 50+ billable hours per week
- Minimal quality control issues / comebacks
- Strong communication with front desk advisors and leadership
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience as an automotive technician
- Experience in the European sector of the automotive industry is a big plus, but not required
- Advanced diagnostic skills are a big plus, but not required
